PB News
Hi Everyone, not much new news with PB. Since 1.3 has been released there have been some comments about PB not saving password. I will look into and try to fix for next release. Also some good requests have been coming in as well. There have been some misc reports of PB not working, and all I can attribute it to is blogger issue (or msn spaces issues).
Since PB was originally developed for blogger, which is owned by google, I thought I'd give a shameless plug as well. I just started collaborating on a new site, Googleness. We hope to have it be "everything google"
Hope everyone is enjoying the new year :)

Hi,
the error about not saving/retrieving the password seems to be because the program saves to a .txt file and not the .ini file which is present.
I'm running PB v1.3 on a dopod 838 WM5.0 the icon doesn't show [it appears as an application though], also my username/pw is not saved [same as Ryan] I figured I could hardcode my settings to the ini file but unfortunately it did not work hehe. I was also wondering how PB sets the time for posts, it's now 10:27pm [GMT +8]here in China and I just posted but the time stamp according to PB is 2:27pm [GMT -8] is this a PB issue or Blogger issue?
hey,
I think you have a great idea going here! I'm not much of a programer myself, so I won't be able to help the project that way but I can be usefull for various ideas. currently I use two different blogs and there is no pocket pc clients that I know of being able to post to them. they are blurty:www.blurty.com and of course the infamous livejournal I don't know how difficult it would be to gain support to these two blogs but I know that they basicly use the same code. it would be wonderfull to see support for these blogs in future editions of pocketblogger. I would also like to applaud you for keeping this project free. I don't think there can ever be enough freeware in the world :) if you wish to contact me at any point my e-mail address is qwixilver@gmail.com
as I said I'm not very good at programing, but I would be quite willing to bugtest your initial ventures into a blurty or livejournal supported version of pocketblogger :)
This program is sweet!!
Very nice tool, thanks for creating it. Will there be a version for PalmOS as weel?
